I did a google search of a good place, cheap and well located for staying the first time I had to go to São Paulo. And Bela Cintra Flat was the place that caught my attention, not only by price but by having bakery, grocery store, Subway and Paulista next, best, very close. The service, wonderful!

Super large rooms with kitchen, living room, office, toilet, bathroom and balcony. very helpful front desk. very good breakfast. very good location, close to subway, restaurants and bars. Still do not have a lot of noise, as it is in the center of the court. 04 lifts.

I have stayed twice at the Flat when I was in São Paulo. The location is great, is right next to the yellow and green lines underground, of Augusta Street, Avenida Paulista and malls.
